Energy management technologies for the food and drink sector

Links and contacts from the Inzonex session. The workshop runs on 9 and 16 September 2026 in London.

01 / The product

How the insulation is made

Inzonex makes removable insulation panels for valves, boilers, pumps and heat exchangers on steam, condensate and hot-water systems.

Panels can be removed and refitted in seconds. Precision engineering ensures an accurate fit, allowing snap buttons to be used as fasteners.

02 / Free tool

Visual Heat Explorer

Drag the divider across a chosen boiler, pump or condensate line. The tool shows heat retained, energy cost and CO₂ for each component. It uses the ASTM C680 and ISO 12241 methods. It is free and needs no sign-up.

Free site assessment

If you attended the workshop, you can book a site visit. We survey your steam, condensate and hot-water systems and bring a thermal camera.

You get a feasibility study. You can also ask for 3D models of your own equipment. Heat loss is calculated on the ASTM C680 and ISO 12241 methods, and we write out every assumption so your engineers can check it.
